Logan Liddell
Logan Liddell founded Impact Recruitment with the vision of affecting positive social and environmental change.
With a demonstrated ability to accelerate growth and profitability while managing a team in a global recruitment firm, Logan has been involved in many national and international projects and has a proven record of consistent and long-lasting results for his clients.
With a strong background in hiring, staff management, business development and account management, Logan’s experience gives him insight into what makes an organization successful. Recognizing that the greatest asset of any organization are its people, Logan chooses to partner with firms focused on building enduring relationships with their internal and external stakeholders.
Originally from South Africa, Logan began his recruitment career in Cape Town where he developed his passion for the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from Sonoma State University and graduated as a Captain on the Men’s Tennis Team. An Eagle Scout, Logan respects the values of the Boy Scout Oath and Law instilled in him as a youth and brings those same values to Impact Recruitment.
Outside of the office, Logan enjoys running, listening to music and podcasts, reading, and spending time with his friends and family.
Sophie Tomko
Sophie Tomko is the newest member to the team and has brought an enthusiastic and charismatic energy in her first year.
With a background in marketing, client relationships and project management, Sophie utilizes her background and applied it to her interactions with clients and candidates to ensure both sides’ needs are met with satisfaction. She primarily focuses in the construction and surveying industries, and has excelled as a top performer for Impact Recruitment. Sophie possesses excellent knowledge of what makes a candidate stand out, utilizing her industry knowledge and ability to read a candidates '“soft skills”. She carefully listens and identifies what our clients needs are, and diligently meets those requests, resulting in lasting placements. With a passion for helping people, recruiting has become a profession that she finds highly rewarding.
Sophie is a California native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She previously worked for a large software company as a digital marketing specialist and has years of hospitality experience.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys hiking in the Los Padres mountains, golfing, yoga, painting, reading, and lazing with her cat, Rio.
