Logan Liddell
Logan Liddell founded Impact Recruitment with a vision to drive positive social and environmental change through strategic talent acquisition.
With a strong track record in accelerating growth and profitability, Logan has successfully led teams in a global recruitment firm and contributed to both national and international projects. His expertise spans hiring, staff management, business development, and account management, providing him with deep insight into what makes organizations thrive. Recognizing that people are the greatest asset of any business, Logan partners with firms that prioritize building lasting relationships with their internal and external stakeholders.
Originally from South Africa, Logan began his recruitment career in Cape Town, where he discovered his passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from Sonoma State University, where he also served as a Captain of the Men’s Tennis Team. As an Eagle Scout, Logan embraces the values of integrity, leadership, and service—principles that continue to guide his work at Impact Recruitment.
Outside the office, Logan enjoys running, listening to music and podcasts, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Sophie Tomko
Sophie Tomko is an experienced and charismatic Senior Recruiter with Impact Recruitment.
With a background in marketing, client relationships and project management, Sophie utilizes her background and applied it to her interactions with clients and candidates to ensure both sides’ needs are met with satisfaction. She primarily focuses in the civil engineering and surveying industries, and has excelled as a top performer for Impact Recruitment. Sophie possesses excellent knowledge of what makes a candidate stand out, utilizing her industry knowledge and ability to read a candidates '“soft skills”. She carefully listens and identifies what our clients needs are, and diligently meets those requests, resulting in lasting placements. With a passion for helping people, recruiting has become a profession that she finds highly rewarding.
Sophie is a California native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She previously worked for a large software company as a digital marketing specialist and has years of hospitality experience.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys hiking in the Los Padres mountains, golfing, yoga, painting, reading, and lazing with her cat, Rio.
Jensyn Warren

Outside of the office, Jensyn enjoys playing tennis, pickle-ball, and almost anything that involves being outdoors. She also can’t live without her dog, Scout.
